snagR Forms
Every company uses forms to collect data and define business processes.
SnagR Forms are very easy to fill in either on a tablet or on the web.
Reports
Comprehensive reports are generated with few clicks and can be exported into known formats, and printed for each user. There are several report templates available that can also be customized to conform to your requirements.
Locational Plotting
snagR offers a simple and accessible way of plotting work using visual symbols in exact locations of the construction site. Symbols, description, assignments, tasks, photos, and attached documents are used to accurately define the work.
This plot shows the task reference code, the concerned project members, the task priority and most importantly its location.
Buildings are represented by a series of images linked together with drilldown symbols that allow the application users to identify the locations of all work required.
The images can be taken from CAD drawings, photos or scans of architects drawings, photographs of existing buildings (from a mobile phone) or digital schematics. Photographs and schematics work well for buildings where CAD drawings don’t exist. All images are automatically optimised for internet/website usage.
Synchronization
To ensure that everyone is in the loop, snagR devices synchronize through the web via any internet connection to give you an instant overview of the entire project. All involved project members can stay in touch and updated with the latest project changes in a matter of seconds. You can view the project information from any place using a simple web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.), mobile phone (PDA), or ultra mobile device (Tablet PC).
Email System
An extensive internal and external email system with a complete user profile system; from photos and email addresses; makes it very easy to communicate reports, tasks, and other information among the different parties.
Privileges for Unlimited users
To make sure that everyone is involved in the project, unlimited number of users can be added with no additional cost.
Hierarchy levels are set for different project related members to define their privileges. Roles can vary between adding snags, assigning tasks, fixing defects and signing them off. Categorical privileges can also be assigned whereby different members can only access specified sections of the project.
Archives
All project related activity is recorded in snagR . This includes project history, progress, defects tracking; involved parties, emails and so on are saved and properly archived. Defects and inspections are only visible until they have been completely signed off, after which they can still be accessed from the archives.
Training
snagR is very friendly to use and consequently the training process is simple. For each project, we provide you with extensive training targetting all the different people involved (Project Managers, site engineers, sub contractors, administrators, and so on). This is complemented with our full 24x7 maintenance and support throughout the duration of all your projects.
